The Shamay Design Software Mobile Estimator “On The Go” is designed to enhance the efficiency and productivity of on-site estimators by simplifying their workflow and allowing them to focus on building relationships with clients. With this tool, estimators can easily walk through a client’s house, record inventory lists, add packing services, extra charges, detailed notes, and even email proposals directly from the client’s site. One of the key advantages is that the estimator can work offline, and once they have internet access, all data changes will be synchronized with the office server in real-time. This seamless synchronization ensures that the main office is always up-to-date with the estimator’s activities in the field. Additionally, the main office can sync new jobs to the on-site estimator, eliminating the need for them to physically come to the office. With this system in place, all the on-site estimator needs to do is turn on the device, access the internet before heading out, and they will have their schedule for the day at their fingertips. This streamlined process saves time and improves overall efficiency for your team.
For the driver/foreman:
The software has built-in GPS tracking which can be used to either find out the employee’s actual location or to use the current location to get directions to their next stop.
